Store Policy

Each piece we hand make here at HandmadeBySaraKim is handmade right when the order is placed, because of this delightful fact, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if there is a problem, please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions. Please note that all our pieces may vary since they are all handmade. We try our best to replicate all our pieces as close as we can. Colors may also look slightly different depending on screen and lighting. If you want a specific color, please request a swatch sample. 

Please check below for our current order status updates, which may take longer than our standard processing time. Our standard processing time includes 4-5 weeks; with an additional 3-5 business days for standard US shipping and estimated 2 weeks for standard international shipping. Bulk paper flower orders are only taken project by project basis so please check for availability. We ship through the US Postal Service, all US orders come with tracking, and international shipments have an optional tracking purchase when you checkout.  We also offer rush order and express shipping depending on our availability so if you need your package mailed quickly please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you!

For templates, they are automatically sent to the email address you made your purchase so please make sure to correctly input your email address. If you did not receive it within 24 hours, please email us your order number or your name you purchased it with and we will correctly resend the templates. We do not offer refunds on templates because the templates are automatically sent to you. If you have any problems with them, please email us and we will try to help you through what we can.

Are the pieces misbehaving? A problem or mistake with your order? Please contact us at info@handmadebysarakim.com for instructions. Please include your name, contact information, invoice and/or order number so we can remedy any mishaps as soon as possible. We'll happily deal with any problems on a case-by-case basis, depending on the details. If you're not happy with your HandmadeBySaraKim pieces, we'll do our best to make you happy!
